11 COOL THINGS TO DO WITH BLOW-IN CARDS

    We may not all know them by name, but we’re all familiar with them. Blow-in cards are those things that fall in your lap when you open a magazine. You can curse at them — like we do a hundred times a day — or you can do something worthwhile with them. Here are a few suggestions:
1     Use them to hold your place in the magazine.             

2     Collect them and build card houses.

3     Fashion toy airplanes out of them.

4     Place them on the table next to you and set your drink on them.

5     Paper the walls of your rec room with cards from your favorite magazines.

6     Put them in the spokes of your bike to make it go VROOOM!

7     Use them to test the sharpness of your Gin-Su knives.

8     Draw a question mark on one from Time magazine — show to strangers wearing watches.

9    Cut out the individual letters and use them to compose anonymous mash notes to Martha Stewart.

10  Attach one to a tree with a thumb tack to make passersby wonder.
